+ Granulated Sugar + Unsalted Butter + Heavy Cream + Mellow White Miso Paste
1. Add sugar to a saucepan. Turn the heat to medium and allow the sugar to sit undisturbed until you notice melting and light caramelization. 2. Gently swirl the pan to avoid any hot spots and continue to let the sugar melt until there are no more granules and the color is a light amber.
3. Take the pan off the heat and whisk in the butter and heavy cream. 4. Whisk in the miso paste. 5. Allow to cool completely before placing in a jar in the refrigerator. 6. Use it to top any dessert your heart desires!
